July 14, 2008 Dallas was donated to the municipality of
Cabo Rojo, PR for the purpose of augmenting their
Emergency Management Team. The mayor of Cabo Rojo,
Honorable Perza Rodríguez, has demonstrated her
commitment to the search and rescue program from the
very beginning.

were visited by Mr. Mike Bullock founder of the
American Working Dog Association (AWDA) and owner of
Bullock’s K-9 located in Greenville, North Carolina.
During his visit to our facilities we had the
opportunity to work and get up to date with the most
recent techniques in training for detection of drugs and
explosives.
